Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the data The Content Studio holds about you at any time.

Delete a connected platform (Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn)

1. In The Content Studio, open your account menu and choose Connected accounts.
2. Tap Disconnect next to the platform. We delete the access tokens and the data we stored from that platform.

You can also remove the app from the platform itself. On Facebook: open Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites, choose The Content Studio and tap Remove. When a platform tells us you removed the app, we delete the data we received from it.

Delete your whole account and content

Email support@ehgventuresllc.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data", call 818.839.4977, or write to EHG Ventures LLC at the address below. We will confirm the request and delete your account, recordings, uploads, outputs and connected-platform data within 30 days, except billing records we must keep by law.
