Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of The Content Studio (the "Service"), provided by EHG Ventures LLC ("EHG", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. Keep your login private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.

2. Plans, billing and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Add-ons are billed the same way.
• Each plan includes the usage limits shown on our pricing page (for example the number of cloud editing batches per month). Unused usage does not carry over.
• You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you already paid for, and you will not be charged again. We do not give refunds for partial months unless the law requires it.
• We will give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change affects you.
• If a payment fails, we may pause paid features until it is resolved.

3. Your content

You own the recordings, clips, photos and other material you upload, and the outputs the Service makes for you ("Your Content"). You give us a limited license to store, process, transcribe, edit and display Your Content only to provide the Service to you, including through the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy. This license ends when Your Content is deleted, except for copies we must keep by law.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including music, footage, photos of other people and screenshots of other websites, and that you have permission from anyone who appears or speaks in your recordings.

4. AI outputs and research

The Service uses artificial intelligence to write scripts, research topics, suggest audiences and budgets, and edit video. AI can make mistakes. Research results include their sources so you can check them, and you are responsible for reviewing every output before you publish it or spend money on it. Outputs are not financial, legal, tax or advertising-compliance advice, and we do not guarantee any number of views, followers, leads, sales or ad results.

5. Connected platforms and advertising

If you connect Meta, Google, LinkedIn or another platform, your use of that platform stays subject to its own terms and policies, including its advertising policies. The Service creates audiences and campaigns in your accounts only when you ask, and creates campaigns paused so nothing spends money until you review and turn them on. You are responsible for your ad budgets, spend, targeting choices and the content of your ads and posts.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to:

• break the law or any platform's rules, or make false or misleading claims (including guaranteed results);
• upload content you do not have the rights to, or content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or that exploits minors;
• impersonate anyone or record people without the consent the law requires;
• try to access other users' data, overload or reverse engineer the Service, or resell it without our written permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. Our property

The Service, its software, templates, sound library and brand are owned by EHG and protected by law. These Terms do not give you rights to them except to use the Service as offered.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, EHG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or advertising spend. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; if a change is significant we will notify you before it takes effect. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may end the Service or your access with reasonable notice, or immediately for serious violations.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
