Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how EHG Ventures LLC ("EHG", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you use The Content Studio (the "Service"), our website, and related apps. EHG Ventures LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company located at 30 N Gould St, Suite N, Sheridan, WY 82801.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Content you create or upload: video and audio recordings, clips, photos, screenshots, scripts, answers you give during interviews, and the text you type into the Service.
- Business details: information about your business, offers, audience, brand colors and goals that you enter so the Service can tailor its work.
- Support messages: anything you send us when you contact us.
Information created by the Service
- Transcripts of your recordings, edited videos, captions, scripts, research summaries, plans and other outputs.
- Usage records such as which features you use, job status and processing time, used for billing limits and to keep the Service reliable.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing details (such as plan, payment status and the last four digits of a card) but we do not store full card numbers.
Device information
If you turn on notifications, your browser gives us a push subscription address so we can notify that device. We also receive standard technical information such as browser type and IP address when you use the Service.
Information from connected platforms
If you choose to connect an account such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (including YouTube and Google Ads) or LinkedIn, we receive the information that platform shares with your permission, such as your page or account name and ID, ad account details, audiences and campaign settings, and access tokens. We only request the permissions needed for the features you use.
2. How we use information
- To provide the Service: run interviews, transcribe recordings, edit videos, write scripts and plans, and deliver your content to you.
- To act on connected accounts only when you ask, for example creating audiences or paused draft campaigns, or publishing posts you schedule.
- To manage your account, subscription, usage limits and payments.
- To send service messages, such as when your videos are ready.
- To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To comply with law.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to train artificial intelligence models.
3. Service providers who process information for us
We share information with companies that help us run the Service, only as needed for them to do that work:
- Vercel: hosting, file storage and the cloud computers that edit your videos.
- Neon: our account database.
- Anthropic: AI processing of text, transcripts and images to write scripts, research and plans.
- Deepgram: speech-to-text transcription and the optional AI voice.
- Stripe: payments and subscriptions.
We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy will continue to apply.
4. Connected platform data
Data we receive from Meta, Google, LinkedIn or another platform is used only to provide the features you turned on, is never sold, and is not used for advertising to you or anyone else. You can disconnect a platform at any time in the Service or in that platform's settings; when you do, we delete the access tokens and the platform data we stored for that connection.
The Service's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. How long we keep information
We keep your account information while your account is open. Your recordings, uploads and outputs stay available while your account is active so you can download them, and are deleted when you delete them, when you close your account, or after a period of account inactivity that we will state in the Service. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
6. Your choices and rights
- Access and download: you can download your videos and transcripts in the Service.
- Deletion: you can delete content in the Service or ask us to delete your account and data. See our Data Deletion page.
- Notifications: you can turn them off in your device or browser settings.
- Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights to know, correct or delete personal information and to not be discriminated against for using those rights. Contact us to make a request; we will verify it and respond within the time the law requires.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit, private storage with short-lived access links, hashed passwords and limited access to production systems. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.
8. Children
The Service is for adults and businesses. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. Changes
We will post changes here and update the date above. If a change is significant, we will notify you in the Service or by email before it takes effect.
